How to make coffee with the Outin Mino:
First, the user selects how they want to use the device—with ground coffee or a Nespresso Original capsule. The appropriate amount of coffee is loaded, and water is added to the reservoir.

Then, the device is turned on with a single press. At this point, the internal heating process begins—the water is brought to the set temperature by the heating system and stabilized so it is ready for extraction.

When the temperature reaches the required level, the extraction process begins. The pump creates high pressure, forcing the hot water through the coffee. It is this pressure that extracts the aromas, oils, and caffeine compounds.

Under this pressure, a crema layer forms—the characteristic thick foam on top of the espresso, which results from the combined action of pressure and finely ground coffee particles.

Once the water has passed through the coffee, the process stops automatically. The result is a single shot of espresso, ready to drink without any further steps.

The entire cycle runs automatically—from cold water to finished coffee—without the need for manual adjustments during operation.
