AMT Gastroguss 124 Pancake Pan, 24 cm, Cast Aluminum, Lotan® Non-Stick Coating, Up to 240°C, Black

The AMT Gastroguss pancake pan is made of hand-cast aluminum and manufactured in Germany, with a focus on even heat distribution and a long service life. Thanks to its solid base, up to 9 mm thick, the pan accumulates heat efficiently and retains its shape even with intensive use and sudden temperature changes.

The multi-layer Lotan® non-stick coating was developed exclusively for AMT Gastroguss and combines titanium oxide, an anti-corrosion layer, ceramic particles, and a non-stick surface. This ensures excellent non-stick properties, high wear resistance, and easy cleaning, and is PFOA-free. The coating also has an antibacterial effect.

The ergonomic handle is heat-resistant up to 240°C and was developed in collaboration with the German National Culinary Team. The skillet is suitable for all types of stovetops, except induction, and is dishwasher-safe.

AMT Gastroguss has been recognized by the VKD—Germany’s largest association of chefs—and is the preferred choice in professional kitchens.
