With the Klausberg stainless steel ham maker, you can prepare fresh and delicious ham from pork, venison, or chicken, and you’ll no longer have to wonder how to enjoy meat without added preservatives or artificial additives. The Klausberg ham-curing kit consists of several parts, each playing a role in making your favorite ham. In addition to the main steel container, the box includes a compact thermometer that will show you the meat’s temperature from 0 to 120°C, 10 packaging bags, and a convenient lid to press down on the meat. All of this will give you the irresistible taste of a homemade appetizer.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner just the way you like it!
The ham maker easily holds about 1 kilogram of meat and is simple enough for anyone to use, and cleaning it won’t take much of your time. Once the ham is ready and you see the final result, you’ll be convinced of the benefits of having such a device at home. Thanks to it, you’ll be able to enjoy a fresh breakfast or take sandwiches to work. It can also come in handy for making sandwiches for a home celebration.

Recipe for Homemade Chicken Ham
Ingredients:
- 900 g - 1 kg chicken
- 20 g salt 
- 5 g sugar
- spices to taste

- Cut the meat into pieces and mix well with the salt, sugar, and about 100 ml of water. Stir until the water is absorbed into the meat, but not for too long. You can add various spices according to your preference.

- Then place all the ingredients in a bag inside the ham maker, which is closed with the lid so that it presses down on them. Leave the container to cool in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. 

Once the day has passed, the real work can begin. Cook the meat for 2 hours at no more than 85 degrees. Once it’s ready, drain the excess liquid, and leave the container in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, take it out, open it, and... your favorite homemade appetizer is waiting for you to taste it!
