The De’Longhi La Specialista Touch is a high-end semi-automatic espresso machine designed for people who want a true barista experience at home, but with smart assistance that eliminates errors. The machine combines manual preparation with automated processes—it grinds, doses, extracts, and froths milk, guiding you in real time to the optimal settings for each drink.

Thanks to innovative Bean Adapt Technology, the machine analyzes the coffee used and visually displays the recommended parameters for grind size, coffee quantity, pre-infusion, and extraction temperature. This allows even novice users to achieve consistent and balanced results, while giving more advanced users full control and fine-tuning.

The La Specialista Touch features an automatic milk frothing system, Auto LatteArt, which allows you to choose between 5 levels of milk foam and 4 temperature settings. The system is compatible with both cow’s milk and plant-based milk and creates a fine, velvety microfoam suitable for classic milk-based beverages.

The machine also supports Cold Brew preparation thanks to special Cold Extraction Technology. This technology bypasses standard water heating and uses controlled pressure, temperature, and extraction time to prepare cold coffee in less than 5 minutes, with a smooth and refreshing taste.

The built-in conical grinder with 15 grind settings ensures uniform and precise grinding for various types of coffee beans. The precision tamper included in the set provides instant feedback and helps achieve an optimal dose of up to 20 g, which improves extraction and the cleanliness of the brewing process.
